GoogleWe absolutely love our erinvale! We moved into Ellingwood in December and have had an amazing experience thus far! We dealt with Katrina in the sales office who is absolutely brilliant at her job, so friendly, so nice and kept us more than informed on everything leading up to the move in date. If visiting the sales office, I guarantee you will stick around just for a chat with her! We have had a couple of small hiccups since moving in which is absolutely expected with any new build property - I mean it has only just been built! But our site manager Tommy has jumped on everything for us and got resolved asap, he has also been super great to deal with and we cannot fault him for his professionalism. We absolutely love our home, we love this estate and we have nothing but good things to say about bellway, Tommy, Katrina and also the customer service email who has responded to us within 24 hours of each email sent. The only downside of the new build situation is ordering your bins; nothing to do with bellway but we ordered ours 18 weeks ago and still waiting so if thinking about buying - arrange these with your council asap! (We are in glasgow) We also sold our last home via the express mover and I have to say, great incentive - made our lives easy from the point of deciding we wanted our home in Ellingwood!

GoogleReserved a property at Glen Manor for £750. Within 2 weeks I had an offer for a different property accepted and opted to cancel the Bellway reservation. My reservation cancellation was done via my solicitor on the 12th day and was formally cancelled on the 13th day over the phone. The reservation terms state: "3. If for any reason the Purchaser cancels this Reservation Agreement (“Cancellation”) within 14 days of the date of this Reservation Agreement they will receive a full refund of the Reservation Fee." The sales agent made it difficult on the day to cancel after I offered to come into the office, which was then changed to a phone call (at their request), which then came 1.5 hours later than agreed after emailing, calling, and texting. The sales agent advised Head Office would deduct a "fee" of £300 - £400 for cancelling the reservation despite the signed terms agreed from the outset. Bellway Head Office called a week later to confirm I was only getting £450 back and they advised it was the sales agent who set the refund amount and not them. I challenged them on this based on cancelling within 14 days (they denied it was within the 14 days so I literally had them count the days on the calendar). I eventually got a final call a week later to advise the full amount was being refunded but the process was a joke.

GoogleLazy staff that are difficult to get a hold of. Told us we could send in people to measure up today, but when they arrived they were told that they couldn't get access as people were off on holiday. Pretty unprofessional from a front office perspective. ETA: Anne talks through her arse and has sent us up AGAIN to measure up, when nobody is on site and nobody has a key to let us in. Useless company.

GoogleI can recommend living here if you want your neighbours and pedestrians having direct views into your private rooms such as living room and bedrooms. Most doors in the flat are hard to open and hallways do have carpets (it’s gross). Cheaply built houses which might please aesthetics but will get gross very soon. Wouldn’t recommend to buy a flat here.
