GoogleVery happy with the Sales Progressor Lucie Smith at Heswall Office. We got regular updates from Lucie and a weekly telephone call with regards to where the sale was up to. She was in regular contact with both solicitors for expected timescales re exchange and completion. We felt we were always in the loop and had complete confidence in how Lucie handled our sale and also how friendly and understanding she was when dealing with her on the phone. Many thanks.

GoogleFrom the valuation day onwards I knew I was going to use this company to sell my house. They were by far the most expensive, however, I felt their involvement & sales package suited my needs the best. I had constant attention along the journey regarding all accounts of progression from start to finish. I doubt I could have found a team to have suited my personal requirements better. Alongside several members of the sales negotiating team at the Little Sutton office & head office progression, including.. Katie Denham, Elizabeth Holt, linda loyden, Karla evans, Nia Hazel, & lucie Smith. The team made my experience a pleasure , always able to attend to my constant requests.. these girls are a credit to their company & their profession! Thank you Would definitely recommend

GoogleEvery member of staff in the West Kirby sales office acted promptly and professionally to deliver an efficient service. I secured an offer within 4 weeks of being on the market when my file was then passed onto Rachel in the sales progression team. I cannot speak highly enough of Rachel so she deserves a special mention. She always responded very quickly to email and voice messages but, more importantly, she was the one keeping me informed with the progress of both my sale and purchase, being the brilliant go between between all parties involved, including solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her proactive attitude ensured that the transactions were completed in the time they were. Thanks Rachel, you're a real asset to Karl Taylor Estate Agents.
