GoogleAfter having a nightmare trying to buy houses in a chain we gave up and decided to go for a new build. We couldn't have been happier with our choice Bellway have been fantastic from reservation to moving in. The site managers have been great in sorting out the little niggles you get when moving in to a new build. We love our new home

GoogleUnfair price hike after every new release. A difference of 10k within 4 months which unacceptable whatsoever. The non new builds are not even close as pricey as these. It's a waste of money to buy a new build here as you are not going to get value for money when you sell.
