GoogleBrilliant. Karla pre-sale and Kerry post-sale. Not the cheapest but they were perfect and I'm very happy we didn't scrimp to achieve a seamless, almost effortless, transaction. Fab communication all along and always there when I called. Highly recommended.

GoogleSelling a house in the UK is a long process. It took four months from sale to completion. I was grateful for the after sales attention from Lesley and her colleagues, who maintained regular attention particularly when there were hiccups with timescales over the Christmas period. Lesley is professional, patient and has a good sense of humour which was very welcome during the more stressful moments! All good in the end. Thanks, Lesley!

From the moment I first met her, her professionalism and expertise in the process of house buys were evident. She provided me with personalised service tailored to my individual needs and listened attentively to my requests in order to make sure they were met. Not only she was knowledgeable about the process of house buy but she was also kind, compassionate, and understanding. She heard me laugh, she heard cry, and was always there for me. She has a heart of gold. There was nothing too small or too big for her to deal with. Amazing human-being. They kept the chain moving otherwise without them it would have taken much longer. They worked hard to keep everyone up to date and would always return calls to us. GoogleWe have just purchased a property marketed by Tatler. The service was great throughout from organising the first viewing. We were assigned our own sales progressor Kerry who was friendly and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. She communicated well between ourselves and the seller. GoogleJust sold our house with KT. Long process not held up by KT in any way. In fact, without Joanne in Sales Progression I think we may have ran out of time for the buyers mortgage offer, and also I think I would have climbed under my duvet and not surfaced. I cannot thank Joanne enough. At a time in life when I needed a friendly professional I was sent one and felt safe and looked after all the way. Thank you.

GoogleFrom start to finish the experience was fully explained with regular calls to update me with all information. I had calls to advise of every viewing with feedback and also gave very good advice, especially as this was the 1st property I've sold, so found them very helpful at every step of the way. I have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending them to anyone selling property and should I ever need an estate agent again I will be contacting at them in my first instance . GoogleI would like to say a massive thank you to Sarah Graham in particular, she has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We haven't had a straight forward purchase which has gone on longer than planned but Sarah has been brilliant, keeping us updated regularly, and giving helping advice along the way. From everyone involved within the process of purchasing the house, Sarah has by far been the most pleasant and easiest to talk to.
