GoogleWe’ve had a fantastic experience with Kerry, at Somerford Gate (Bellway). From the very first enquiry right through to moving into our dream family home, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and always quick to respond. Having bought a new-build before with another builder, and not having the best experience, we were a bit anxious this time around. But Kerry completely changed that for us. She made the whole process smooth, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable. Thanks to her support and professionalism, we’re now happily settled in our beautiful new home. We couldn’t recommend Kerry or Bellway at Somerford Gate highly enough.

GoogleRachael has been our sales progressor for our purchase and the sale of our own home. She helped liaise with the chain and make sure everything went as smoothly and as stress free as possible. It was a short chain and everything went through in about 8 weeks which was incredible! Rachael is so calm and lovely to speak to and anyone who deals with her is in very safe hands! Thank you once again.

GoogleI just moved into my home yesterday. Kerry has gone above and beyond for me. I had things going on in my personal life and she did anything to make this process as smooth as she could for me. She’s a true credit to this company. Thankyou for everything.

GoogleSarah G was amazing in the process of buying our first ever home. Her communication was consistent and honest - we really couldn’t have asked much more.

GoogleSarah was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Always available on the phone or email and helped speaking with all sides pushing and progressing the sale. The team is great as a whole as during Sarah’s leave, Christine was able to step in and support until sarah was back from leave. Fantastic team overall.

GoogleThe sale progressor Christine was brilliant! She is a true asset to Karl Tetler. As a buyer you would assume the estate agent would only looking out for the seller but she was really helpful from start to finish. The speed of her communication was second to none and I wouldn’t have thought their not full time. Really pleased with her and would recommend.

She navigated challenges with ease, kept all parties informed, and ensured a smooth transaction. Her kindness and commitment to getting the deal over the line made all the difference to me. Highly recommended, and thank you.

GoogleUsed Tatler estate agents to sell my Aunt's house in Pensby. They and in particular, Rachel, made the whole thing a painless and stress free sale, especially as I live at the other end of the Country. I would recommend.
