GoogleHome purchase went as smoothly as possible. Communication was on point and updates were coming in and out by the hour, sometimes by the minute. Thanks to my solicitor plus your work, we avoided stamp duty rises in April 1st. Great work Kerry!

The service from Karl Tattler was very good right from our initial meeting where we were give more info than other agents had provided and we found them very reassuring that although we were in control they would be there to ensure our house was marketed effectively and for after sales support. Highly recommend.

GoogleLots of snags too many to list when we got the keys which was frustrating and time wasting but 7 weeks later and the majority of work has either been addressed and is planned to be sorted or had been completed. The site manager Pete has been great hence the 4 *. I would definitely recommend a professional Snagger if you are planning to buy any new home, ours was brilliant and picked up issues we would have known nothing about. I wouldn’t recommend you use the bellway landscapers as a major issue was the state of our garden which is having to be redone but overall we have been impressed by the professionalism of the workers on site.
