GoogleModern-day slum housing, poor quality, overpriced, high density and built on a former opencast mine..... give it a few years and the poor quality of modern housing will show.

GoogleVery poor customer care after purchasing house. very disspointed. Their engineers are very poor to understand the problem and always try to close support issue without our notice. Bellway should train the customer care poeple on how to interact with customer. Very rude people at customer care.

GoogleGreat initial customer sevice when purchasing however the lack of additional customer care post purchase isnt great. The whole area is built on hard clay so everyones gardens flood and Bellway wont add drainage or fix any of the problems. We still have snags oustanding from over a year ago. Avoid.

GoogleGeorgia who works in the office is very lovely and I was out a walk and had a hypo and she gave me sugar and made sure my blood sugar levels were ok and made sure I got home .
