GoogleProperty is fine but the worst management Company in the industry. Stay away wherever possible. If you are buying a property where Trinity is a managing agent, please don't buy. They are typical foxes will demand unreasonable money on your service charges with no service and completely mismanagement.

GoogleExtremely poor development. They have already broken numerous planning conditions. Bellways reputation for this and poor quality builds wouldn't fill me with confidence if I was looking to buy.

GooglePlanning docs show that surface water drainage assessment documentation is missing (as of 2nd Dec), and as such local flooding team are yet to assess this. Also, £385k for cheapest 4 bed is significantly above the average locally.
