Extremely disappointed with Bellway Homes and their customer care team. I have been trying to get a serious landscaping issue in my garden resolved for the past 6 to 8 months, with zero progress. ​Despite sending constant emails, I am continually brushed off with unnecessary excuses while the team avoids taking any actual responsibility. Their sales pitch promises quality, but their post-completion support is virtually non-existent once they have your money. Save yourself the frustration and stress, think twice before buying with Bellway.

Bellway customer care, under the name of northern Home counties, is awful, they always try to find a way to avoid any responsibility, and their help is limited to couple of emails pretending they care, but in the end they just abandon you. I bought this new development, even I encourage my friends to buy a house thinking they were good, I was completely wrong. Two issues with the house, two problems they did not solve. Of course after countless emails and phone call, It’s not been a 1 time thing My piece of advice for any potential Bellway customer is RUN AWAY, in the long run you will find yourself they do not care at all. Sad but true

Definitely will be voting for Jason’s review. Not worth one star. No customer service. I have been ringing them constantly and no reply; even left a voicemail but no answer. Emailed them twice but again no response. I am sure if I drive down there I will be told to book an appointment. But how do we get in touch with you??? Like there is something like answering the phones if you need business.

Great area Bellway one of the best Construction Site , they are more Partners but i must say those houses are better then most of the other developers. Quality 8/9 but lets say this T.W. its 7. Pers.4/5 Price is a little high for the houses but they make few houses accessible plus they contribute to help . Location its growing and they are still building.

If there were negative stars I would -5. Sadly I have to choose a star, of which 1 is too many! A word of advice if you are interested in purchasing a new build home from this company - STAY AWAY!!! ZERO customer interest OR service! One would assume that if a potential client were to step into your showroom that you would pull out ALL the stops to make them feel welcome … DEFINITELY NOT at Bellway Whitehouse! We had decided today that we would like to venture into the possibility of owning rather than renting. The new Whitehouse Park development is a stones throw from our rental so we “assumed” we could just pop in and see what our options are. Driving up to their showroom/house the signs read “by appointment only” - that’s fair, (thought being) we can pop in and happily make an appointment. CLEARLY NOT …. To be greeted with “Have you got an appointment” - not even a “Hello, you ok? How can I help” … Forget, straight up no, not even a “here is my card, call me later/tomorrow/Monday” just a straight up “I can’t offer you anything now”. The sheer disinterest in serving us was palpable. Thanks Bellway, we will DEFINITELY NOT make an appointment and we will DEFINITELY NOT consider buying a house from you … EVER! Oh and we will make sure that people we know who are in the market for new properties… won’t either.

Rikky has been nothing but professional and friendly as well patient with the million and 1 questions we had. Made an effort with my whole family including my 2 young boys. For people who having nothing nice to say keep it yourself or explain the contexts of your negative comments. People are like Rikky, Nicola and the rest of the team are doing the best they can with juggling such a demanding role. Keep up the good work and my family look to move into our new home very soon thanks to Nicola and Rikky.
