GoogleOh, to dream of a £1.1 million house! Apparently, that's enough to get you precisely zero returned calls from these purported sales 'professionals.' After a mere seven attempts to follow up on a viewing, which itself required nine calls over two agonizing weeks just to arrange, I've finally achieved enlightenment: they don't want my money. And frankly, after this display, I'm not sure I want them to have it. I was even willing to overlook the shoebox-sized kitchen, the intimate relationship with the local power lines, and the charming railway serenade. But the sheer, unadulterated impossibility of actually speaking to a human? That, dear reader, speaks volumes. Volumes of incompetence, that is. They just waved goodbye to a potential £1.2 million, all because answering a phone was apparently too much to ask. Remarkable. Truly, remarkably idiotic. If you're in the market for a £1.1 million property and enjoy being utterly ignored, then this is your developer. You'd think a seven-figure sale might warrant a returned call, but apparently, basic customer service is a concept entirely foreign to these 'sales' wizards. I'm now liberated from the burden of considering their postage-stamp living rooms, scenic pylons, and delightful railway soundtracks.

GoogleJust can't get any help from them. Shouldn't be this hard to get information, especially when spending hundreds of thousands. They never get back to you and their website is useless

GoogleLooked at the new development off the Ridgeway but was not impressed. The houses are very small, no garage, no storage space for bikes etc. The front door is literally by the roadside, minimal front area, room for 1 car only. Although some of the houses do overlook a stunning view of the land area, the garden is really tiny, stamp size. The quality finishes of the houses is not of a high standard given the nature of the value of the property. Overall, they are nothing spectacular.

GoogleWe sent an email and a message to arrange an viewing but no answer. Only auto reply saying that they are available on Saturday. We visited today and we were told that we need to be booked in and they can't show us a house today. That's a waste of our time. Th development is also in a bad place, between railway and main road. There are also massive pylons going over the houses. The houses look nice though. We really liked their style.

GoogleNowhere to turn an artic around when delivering and you get told off by site staff when you try and reverse into the only place you can just turn into. The area by the Bellway compound is ok to turn in if you're in a rigid but the gateman at the bottom of the site refuses to open a gate which would make it a very simple drive in and out arrangement. Surely it would be safer to allow the opening of this gate than trying to reverse around a building site without a banksman because one is not available??

Googleshocking management! rude and incompetent staff running the site. one forklift supplying all phases. not enough materials. terrible terrible site! issues with many of the buildings stay away!
