Looked at the new development off the Ridgeway but was not impressed. The houses are very small, no garage, no storage space for bikes etc. The front door is literally by the roadside, minimal front area, room for 1 car only. Although some of the houses do overlook a stunning view of the land area, the garden is really tiny, stamp size. The quality finishes of the houses is not of a high standard given the nature of the value of the property. Overall, they are nothing spectacular.
