After buying two properties consecutively from bellway, I can firmly say bellway is indeed most likely the worst developer in the UK.
The building itself is falling apart just over a year since completion. Their customer care team is shockingly unprofessional. For example, their rep would decide to simply walk off on the first day of a 3day booked job, for which one had already booked time off work.
To top it all up the head of customer care wouldn't even reply to emails and phone calls on the matter even a week later, even as I am writing this review.
Bellway has certainly really shocked me at this point and WOULD DO WELL IN THE FUTURE TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS DEVELOPER!!!
I should have been wiser and checked other customers reviews at Bellway QEIII, for example!!!
