GoogleJust sold our house through Beadnall's - the third time we've used them. Very happy with the service provided, from the production of the sale brochure right through to keeping in contact with the buyer once an offer had been made to make sure everything went smoothly. Emily was very helpful.

GoogleI would like to thank the whole delightful team at Beadall and Copley for their first class services. As a landlord I would recommend anyone considering letting to use their services. I found the whole process seamless from the first contact to handing over the keys to the Tennant. It is so important to know that your property is in safe hands and that appropriate due diligence is carried out. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail within the AST and documentation. I have no hesitation in recommending Beadnall Copley Harrogate for tenancy services.

GoogleI want to share my disappointing experience with [Property Dealer's Name] in Leeds. I strongly advise against buying, selling, or renting property through this dealer. The property they rented to me had multiple issues, which I reported immediately. Despite this, it took them approximately six months to address the problems. Additionally, they initially assured me that the lease could be extended, only to later refuse to extend it after a few months. While leaving the property they deduct huge amount from your deposit. So be careful to note down and email them every minor issue. In my opinion, dealing with this agent has been more trouble than it's worth. Please be cautious if considering their services.

We are not property ‘dealers’ and we don’t have an office in Leeds. Our team work hard and the impact of negative reviews like this is felt not only by them but as Beadnall Copley as a whole, being a small, independent business. GoogleSold our house in Harrogate through Beadnalls. Really great experience from start to finish. Easy to get hold of, managed the chain really well and made everything stress free. Sam in particular worked so hard and went above and beyond mediating with our vendors’ estate agent to help support our onward purchase. Would 100% recommend. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

Despite the testing market conditions BC pulled out all the stops from delivering a superb, glossy, brochure through to efficiency negotiating a great sale. Following a previous failed sale attempt by another agent BC shone through and found a good buyer in just over two weeks. The valuation was very accurate and the advertising very effective, within 4 days of going on the market our first prospective buyer put in an offer slightly above the asking price and proceeded to the final sale. At all times Holly and her colleagues kept us well informed and progressed the sale as speedily as possible. They provided a very professional service and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI used Beadnall Copley for the sale of my flat and I must say they were excellent. Plenty of viewings and really assisted throughout the sale. Once an offer was secured, Beadnalls were really helpful and proactive in getting the sale through, whether that be communication with my solicitors, the buyer solicitors or the buyer themselves. I felt like they were actively assisting throughout the sale process and genuinely cared about my custom, a level of service I wouldn't of received with other estate agents. A special shoutout to Sam who was integral in getting the sale through. I would recommend Beadnall Copley in a heartbeat!

GoogleWent above and beyond on a very stressful and time sensitive move. One thing I've learned is that estate agents can't be automated. We used Purple Bricks who were dire and the vendors were using Beadnall Copley. We weren't even their clients and Darcie & co couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend and if we sell in the future, we'll be using them.
