GoogleI’ve had a really positive experience with Beadnall Copley. As a first-time buyer, I initially saw a house that was slightly above my price range, but when I rang, James encouraged me to view it anyway and said it was worth putting an offer in if I liked it, and I’m so glad I did, because my offer was accepted!
James oversaw the sale from start to finish, and the whole process was completed in under 7 weeks, which was amazing. I actually found myself contacting the estate agents more than my own solicitor, as they were so proactive in helping me get everything I needed! Even organising the fixing of a window to keep things moving smoothly.
The people who showed me around on multiple viewings, mostly at weekends, were so lovely and really made me feel at ease while looking around, which made a big difference as the space felt comfortable instantly.
The team were really professional, highly responsive, and seemed to genuinely care about both their customers and buyers. I feel very lucky that the house I purchased was being sold through Beadnall Copley, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

The whole team were professional and helpful from start to finish but a special mention has to go to James. His communication was amazing. He kept us updated on what was happening in the chain and provided clarity when no one else could . He was patient and reassuring during a really stressful time and always made time for us, replying to phone calls or emails immediately. If we ever need an estate agent again, we will definitely be using Beadnall Copley. Highly recommend!

GoogleI want to share my disappointing experience with [Property Dealer's Name] in Leeds. I strongly advise against buying, selling, or renting property through this dealer.
The property they rented to me had multiple issues, which I reported immediately. Despite this, it took them approximately six months to address the problems. Additionally, they initially assured me that the lease could be extended, only to later refuse to extend it after a few months.
While leaving the property they deduct huge amount from your deposit. So be careful to note down and email them every minor issue.
In my opinion, dealing with this agent has been more trouble than it's worth. Please be cautious if considering their services.

GoogleA truly awful experience with Beadnall Copley from start to finish and, in my opinion, quite possibly one of the most unprofessional organisations I have ever encountered. How they appear to have such a large share of the market is truly beyond me. After renting a property through Beadnall for 30 months, in addition to attempting to view/purchase our own property during this time the comedy of errors included: being provide with the wrong keys to our rental (removal men left waiting outside / no apology); being refused access to view properties that we were considering purchasing only to then evict our young family with the minimum of notice over Christmas; listing our rental property for sale without pictures (thus subjecting us to countless unnecessary viewings) and spurious claims against our tenancy deposit, including a £140 charge for gutter-cleaning when the tenancy agreement specifically identified this as a responsibility of the landlord (a view agreed by the DPS). Fortunately we have now found a new home but should the need arise I WOULD NEVER USE BEADNALL COPLEY IN ANY CAPACITY AGAIN.

After years of working in the property market myself I was keen to choose the right agent to market my own house with. I was lured into a contract with stories of huge waiting lists, potential sealed bids etc but none of this materialised. Sadly communication was appalling, the staff lied to me when viewers failed to turn up and the owner Andrew failed to respond to any emails.
