GoogleI considered using Rentlife after experiencing a poor service from the first letting agent. Rentlife provided a lot of interest on the property from day one. Christa made every effort to book viewings for as many families as possible and was then able to secure the tenancy agreement sooner.

GoogleChrissa has been so helpful! We wanted to move into a new apartment ASAP and chrissa showed me what was available immediately within our budget. She and her team gave us lots of reassurance about the cleanliness of the apartment and how it has been kept as we had no time to view it. We locked in the apartment on Tuesday and got our keys on Friday. The transition was so quick, the estate agents are fast and on it, it had been incredibly helpful 😊

GoogleOur experience with Rentlife Jewellery quarter Birmingham was excellent from the start in renting our lovely property in Birmingham. We want to say a big thank you to lettings manager Jaime Duffy who was very helpful and professional in helping us view and assisting our move in. We had a couple of teething maintenance issues with the property (not the agencies fault) as you would any let property but these were remedied promptly and quickly with no hassle by Jaime who kept us in the loop with all the maintenance enquiries and correspondence. We were very impressed with the level of service and honesty. Me and my family are very comfortable and happy to have chosen the agency for us. Highly recommended for professionalism and integrity. GoogleI have had a very positive experience with rentlife and glad to have them managing the property. From my intial contact with Jaime she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the buy-to-let rules and regulations. She explained everything what I needed to know and took ownership from the very first day by keeping me up to date with the next steps. Courtney who visited the property identified of potential up scaling any work that needs doing. She immediately took ownership of all maintenance works, gathering quotations and with clear communication liaising with myself and tenants throughout. Christa has been very responsive with taking ownership of listing the rooms and keeping me informed of potential tenant enquiries and if I was happy to proceed. They have all made the process so smooth and stress free. I could not recommend rentlife highly enough they will be great for any new landlords who wish to join them.

She made sure all my queries were addressed. The reposit scheme is an excellent a;lternate to deposit. I am very happy with the service till now .

The best and most responsive property agent I’ve had in all my years of renting. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. I contacted rentlife and my first point of contact was Darnell who gave me the information I required and assisted and arranged for me to view the property on two occasions with him personally. Darnell was really helpful and gave me the assistance I needed. Jamie was also part of the process and ensured everything ran smoothly even after the keys were handed over to myself.

GoogleBeyond impressed by this company, especially Jaime, Cameron & Darnell who have all gone above & beyond to make this an stress-free process renting my beloved home. Jaime impressed me with her vast knowledge & professionalism - she is seriously on the ball. I cannot recommend Rent Life highly enough & really feel like they've had my best interests at heart. I didn't have to chase for answers & they moved things along quickly while being patient with my many questions. I am early into my journey as a landlord but I've no doubt Rent Life will continue to look after my interests with the same exceptional level of service they've shown so far. GoogleI’m a student and I am obviously new to the property market, a week before I found rent life my naiveness and a dishonest estate agent lost us a flat. Me and my flatmate were running out of time and had a lot of anxiety during this process. Thankfully, due to the efficiency at rent life we now have a flat to stay in to complete our studies. Special mention to our estate agent Darnell, his friendly, genuine and professional energy made us feel more comfortable than any other estate agent had. He’s been an amazing guide during this process. He made us feel at ease straight away as he his also a student but he delivered and communicated better than any other estate agent I had dealt with, and trust me there have been many (we’ve been looking since May) Darnell was very attentive, I would ring everyday with a new query and he would make sure he has the answer. All my anxiety around renting had disappeared due to his amazing customer service skills and genuine support. He deserves a promotion. Due to his empathy, professionalism and communication. Me and my flatmate have secured our dream apartment to finish our studies. I want to thank and recommend rentlife for giving students a chance without any prejudice.
