I bought a new home from this company then called Bett Homes in 2000. Now in 2024 I need to spend at least £10,000 on. No not a new kitchen but on badly eroded external brickwork mortar with hundred of holes that go through to the cavity. Roof valleys and verges, mortar erosion. And in hidden roof spaces ie over bay windows and hallway, no insulation. and a conspiracy of silence from NHBC and a Avant Homes, your NEW BUILD HOME may be next. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Lewis has been approachable, professional and polite in his dealings with us. He is currently going that extra mile to help us put together a package to assist us in purchasing a new home. There has been no pushy selling and a lot of transparency on how Avant Homes like to work and deal reasonably with their customers.
