Unsure of the young Avant girls name, she was lovely & informative. On showing the property I was interested in which I was happy with 2 gentleman appeared I presume the lovely one was the site manager & the other one was a workman. Lovely house but got to give it a think before I make a decision. 100% score

From the initial enquiry with Vicky it took 12 weeks to move into a wonderful house on Brompton Mews . Peter just couldn’t have been more helpful,so the move was easy ( even a few days before Christmas). Gary and his team on site pulled out all the stops to get us moved in time to put the Christmas tree up !The house has lived up to all the build expectations and more.

We have recently purchased and moved into our potential forever home with Avant at Brompton Mews. After having a new build in the past with a different company, I was skeptical, but I had no reason to be.Right from the very beginning, our sales advisor Peter has been fantastic and still is. He goes above and beyond to assist in every aspect of our house buying journey from last minute changes to general concerns and enquires. No task seems to phase him and we are always greeted with a smile. I left the review for a short period after moving in to my new property to assess the standard of the aftercare, due to other reviews. I can say that even after the sale we are having a positive experience with Avant and hopefully it continues whilst we finalise our minor snags from an overall well built property.

They will do anything to get you to move in and make a lot of promises. Once you are in they don’t care and the after care is disgusting. I would strongly advise but to go with avant. Our experience moving into our new house has been extremely stressful,

Cannot fault the service that we received from Jaqueline and the site managers at Jackton Green. From inception to aftercare, they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and delivered a beautiful home for my family. Any small issue that we have had with the house has been fixed within a couple of days and all of the people have been very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend buying a home on this site as the homes have been built to a very high standard. We were moved in on the agreed date and we’re given a very detailed demonstration of the house. And have subsequently had very few snagging issues. Thanks to Jacqueline and Alex for making moving home so easy!

I visited Bradley point. Main positive was Jessica, the sales lady that showed us around. On time, very helpful and friendly. Houses we viewed though were very small compared to expectations. Even in a four bedroom house the living rooms were tiny. If you swung a cat in there you’d definitely bash it on the walls. 😬

We had an extremely warm welcome from Julie at the Wilbur Chase development marketing suite. She was very knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of very useful accurate, information in a very professional way. She took the time and trouble to show us around the site and gave us a guided tour of all the available properties. She referred us to the website which contained the most up to date information on the development, and before we had returned home, she emailed us with a resume of our visit and a short precis on each of the houses we discussed. We have all the information we need to make a decision on our future.

reserved a new home through the part exchange scheme at Brecks Lane Park in August,moved in today,We cannot believe how smooth the whole operation went Jane the sales advisor kept us up to speed every week with the build progress and Lisa looked after the legal side co-ordinating with our solicitor,and the site manager Rob was very accommodating with allowing access to lay floors etc.prior to moving in.We cannot thank the whole team enough for making the process totally stress free.Would thoroughly recommend. ...Jane and Trevor

Just want to start off by saying that our experience with the Sunderland team has been fantastic. We decided to buy a property on the wellington park site just over a month ago and the service for the turn around has been exceptional especially at this time of year so close to Christmas. I would just like to mention that Louise and Rebecca have gone above and beyond to help us through this sale and to get it turned around in such a short space of time with always being contactable keeping us in the loop with the whole process. This is the first time we have bought a new build and can honestly say I would recommend. Not only have they helped with the sale and paper work they have been very understanding of our situation and made everything that little bit easier going above and beyond to get it all completed. They gave us time to view and attend the property when ever we needed for measurements and visits and made sure we had a walk around with the on site manager to discuss the house to its entirety. They both have worked so hard to find us our dream home and I highly recommend them. They truly are a hard working team. Thank you so much.

Just reserved a property at Allenson View, West Rainton. Mel has been fantastic throughout the process. She has been very patient, thoughtful and caring towards our disability needs. She ensured that we understood everything that was presented. Mel made herself available for us to revisit the site as and when necessary and answered questions even if we had already asked them previously. She was very presentable, pleasant and polite at all times and nothing was a bother.

I would recommend AVANT as builders, there was some minor hiccups when purchasing which were discussed and sorted, however the aftersales team (Michelle) has been especially great. We didnt have anything major on our snagging list thankfully, however the team has dealt with everything accordingly and we feel well looked after. We love our home, the estate is lovely - overall it has been a very good experience.
