Excellent work from Steve & Michelle at Cygnet Park

I own a property in Cygnet Park and we've been having our bathroom redone due to some issues with tiling when we moved in and I want to say how pleased I am with the plastering and painting work that Steve Arnell has done. I don't usually have many good words to say about contractors that come into my home through Avant but Steve is a credit to the company. He was friendly, polite, hard working and his work is of excellent quality. He took the time to explain things, asked me to look at the work once complete, cleaned up after himself and knew what he was doing from the start (all of which are a rarity). A mention for our customer care representative, Michelle, too who is continuing to work with us through our snags to achieve the quality of property that we want to have. She is always positive, even when listening to me whinge and moan first thing in the morning and we appreciate her hard work!

New Bungalow in Easingwold …

I moved into a brand new bungalow in May 2024. The process of buying the property on the Greensward development in Easingwold was good, with lots of help and information from the sales team, particularly Claire and Abbie, on the progress of the build.On the day of moving in, I was shown round the property and had everything explained. The finish and presentation of the property was excellent.Following advice from friends, I had an independent 'snagging' service check for any faults a few days after moving in. The surveyor found a small number of minor faults and gave the opinion that 'this is a good build'.The site manager,Matt, and his team (Andy and Ivan) along with many contractors have been superb. All of the snags were dealt with extremely quickly. They've also provided unexpected support in assisting with other projects in my garden.All in all, the service and property have been excellent.Thanks to everyone on the Greensward development for giving me a wonderful home with minimal stress.

Great Experience at Honeyman Park, Armadale Show Rooms

Popped out for a family drive on Saturday, passing the New Avant Honeyman Park, Armadale Development, we noticed the show room was opened and decided to pop in for a look. Upon entering the sales room we were greeted by the lovely Jacqueline who made us feel so relaxed and welcome, after a little chat we had a look around the showroom which we loved the feel of but felt we needed a little more space for our family. Jacqueline showed us more options and even arranged for us to view the house at a different development, this house ticked all the boxes, so returned to Jacqueline who spent so much time answering all our questions and was just brilliant putting it all together, that we reserve the house that evening. We are looking forward to the whole process as we feel we are in safe hands with Jacqueline, if you are thinking of buying in Armadale I would recommend popping along, you could be like us not planning buying a house that day and come away with your dream house.
