Colin was not even our estate agent, however we had more regular contact and updates from him than anyone else in the process. We always felt able to approach Colin with our queries and concerns and he took the time to talk at length with us to address these before taking appropriate actions to resolve them. Colin cared about everyone's personal circumstances and worked with us and the chain to ensure that we were all satisfied. Colin did not shy away from having difficult conversations with extremely slow movers within the chain, which had the impact to potentially leave others without accommodation (where renting) and without work. We were involved in a rather long and complicated chain and Colin was available at social and unsocial times to keep us updated with progress and to chase Solicitors and other estate agents. Without his help, I am unsure if exchange would have taken place. There was a need for someone to step up, use initiative and show leadership and Colin was that person. They did what they said they would do and were very realistic in how to market the property. They got people through the door and other Estate agents in St Neots were a total let down. Nothing phased Colin, Lisa and Alfie - it was all done and dusted within a month. The service was exceptional, helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic. GoogleMy wife, daughter and I recently moved house and after back and forth with changing moving dates, Annafield's removal service were able to accommodate us at short notice. The quote was very reasonable and they kept in contact in the days prior. The actual moving day was incredibly stressful due to our buyer needing to exchange and complete same day so the speed and reassurances from the removal team were brilliant. The 2 Sean's frankly went above and beyond for us and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. From making sure my pregnant wife had somewhere to sit down to reassuring me it would be ok when there was a minor scare with the lateness of the solicitors completing. GoogleA high pressure timescale during a worldwide pandemic is not the best situation to be in when selling a house. Annafield and the team there pulled out all of the stops when necessary and got our house sold and completed on time. Annafield advertised our property and secured multiple offers in a very short timescale including one at the full asking price. The team there guided the process and applied pressure to those that needed it as necessary.
