I purchased my property through Annafield Estates and the customer service they provided is what you want from estate agent and more. Keeley showed us around the property and let us visit the property on several occasions throughout the purchase. The seller had issues with their solicitor which caused a slight delay and due to this Colin contacted the new solicitor and between them both they went above and beyond to get everything back on track. Throughout the process Colin and Emma were chasing solicitors and communicating with the agents throughout the chain to ensure the purchase was progressing and constantly updating me. This relieved the stress from myself as I did not need to chase my solicitor. This communication is exactly what you want from an Agent. The house sale completed in 3 months during covid lockdown which was down to the responsiveness and excellent communication. We recently sold our property through Annafield Estate Agents and also viewed many properties to purchase. James was extremely efficient at arranging viewings of new properties for us to purchase and always made sure any questions were answered. We found a property we loved but hadn’t sold yet. James worked hard with us to try and secure a deal but unfortunately another buyer who had already sold came along and we had to let the property go. We were gutted but James was immediately searching for a similar property for us and sent over numerous recommendations which we viewed. However, on the day we sold, a property we had our eye on came back on the market with another agent. We put in an offer and this was accepted. This was not a reflection on Annafield at all and was purely down to personal preference for our next home. Annafield handled the whole process of finding another property extremely well and if the property we have purchased was on the market with them, we wouldn’t of hesitated to put in an offer. Hannah, Lisa, Alfie and Colin all communicated with us regarding viewings on our property with potential buyers and feedback was given promptly. We finally found a buyer last year and negotiated an offer we were happy with! After many months of battling third parties and their processes, Colin and James finally got us exchanged last week.
