Lisa, no one knows who you are. You are not registered with us so we have no way of calling back. 1* seems harsh though even if someone did fail to call you back. Why did you not call again before Thursday? Sorry, but things go wrong sometimes. If you make contact again we will try and put things right. That is all I can do.

GoogleJohn and his team were fantastic throughout the entire sales process. If all estate agents had their professionalism & understanding then it would make moving house a lot more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move home. Their rates were very competitive and their service made the fee worthwhile for sure !!

GoogleAndrew Ward handled the sale of my first house, a maisonette in Potters Bar. They then acted for me on the sale of my second house a 3 bed semi in Potters Bar. They listed it £20,000 more than another agent was prepared to and furthermore they ended up having two purchasers bidding against each other adding another £5000 to the asking price. After we relocated to Norfolk and on my recommendation they handled the sale of my elderly mothers house. This was a stressful and difficult time for her as she had spent 48 years living there. As well as being professional they also spent their time sitting down and chatting to a frightened and anxious lady in her late 70's. Utterly professional, bloody nice and were always chasing the rest of the chains agents and solicitors. Highly recommended.

GoogleI cannot praise Andrew Ward enough for making our journey a pleasant one. We found a property we loved and the process was a straightforward one from there..The team at Potters Bar and Barnet were friendly and professional. They made the process a seamless one and smoothed out any rough edges. It felt as if we were among friends and not just estate agents. Nothing was ever too much for the team and all matters were handled promptly. Therefore, I highly commend Andrew Ward not just for the variety of properties but also the personal touch.

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my property through Andrew Ward in Potters Bar and I would like to record my thanks to John, Rochelle, Julia, Sam and all the team for their support and assistance during the whole process. From the initial survey when John valued the property, to the day of completion when I handed over the keys to Rochelle, everyone has been extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Even a particularly “challenging” agent acting for my buyer did not deflect them from acting in a thoroughly professional manner. The whole team kept me fully informed and went out of their way to find solutions to challenges along the way, which made the experience a whole lot less stressful. And at an extremely competitive rate to cap off a superb service. Thank you all and I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Ward to others.

GoogleDid we buy & sell through Andrew Ward? Yes At any point, was it a pleasant or professional experience? No We had cause to complain before, during & after the transaction. Complaints were not resolved & were in fact dismissed by rude staff that had no understanding of customer service. I could not recommend this agent to anyone.

GoogleHave just sold my flat via Andrew Ward, I have had it on with a number of estate agents in the area, and Andrew Ward were definitely the best. Lucy was good with negotiation and Ian was friendly and approachable, they were professional and a nice change to a lot of the wheeler dealer estate agents around.
