Outstanding Service from Andrew Ward, Our Dream Home Found! I cannot recommend Andrew Ward highly enough for the incredible service they provided in finding our forever home. From start to finish, they went above and beyond, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Jo, whose attention to detail and dedication were second to none. She was always chasing things up on our behalf, ensuring everything progressed as quickly as possible. Gary was an absolute rock, always at the other end of the phone to offer invaluable advice and guidance whenever we needed it. The entire team at Andrew Ward was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our dream home a reality. Their communication, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I genuinely thought I had already left this review, but I’ve just realised I hadn’t. Our experience with this office is from Sep 2025 regarding a detached house on Heath Road , specifically dealing with Jo which was extremely disappointing. We received written confirmation that our offer had been accepted and believed the property was secured. We acted promptly, submitted everything requested, and followed all guidance given. Throughout the process, Jo repeatedly encouraged us to increase our offer. Which we did each time! Bear in mind we had instructed our solicitor at this stage. Despite this, we were then messed around and informed that another last minute offer was being considered after we had already been told ours was accepted. Just before we made our final increased offer, Jo said on the phone, “Maybe it’s not meant to be,” before even knowing what our revised offer would be. That comment strongly suggested that our offer was never genuinely going to be accepted and that there was already an intention to proceed with another buyer. The property was not marked under offer when it should have been, and it felt as though we were being kept as a backup while other options were explored. A significant amount of our time was wasted, along with unnecessary stress. This is no longer about the house itself, but about the lack of transparency and how poorly the situation was handled. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent experience working with the team at Andrew Ward to sell my maisonette in Potters Bar. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to the sale were outstanding. Lisa, no one knows who you are. You are not registered with us so we have no way of calling back. 1* seems harsh though even if someone did fail to call you back. Why did you not call again before Thursday? Sorry, but things go wrong sometimes. If you make contact again we will try and put things right. That is all I can do.
