I would highly recommend Anderson Rose. I have known the principle, Jon Byers, for a number of years and he has always provided us with insightful, unbiased advice which has been invaluable to us. We also recently sold a flat in Shad Thames through Anderson Rose. Unfortunately, the sale, was problematic from beginning to end and I'm certain that without the professionalism and determination of Daniel Thomas (the responsible Anderson Rose Sales Agent) the sale would have floundered. Many thanks to Daniel and the Anderson Rose team.

We had a fantastic service from Anderson Rose for our recent purchase with tremendous help from Leah Peak. She was always available for advice, support and guidance throughout our entire purchase process. The team go above and beyond to help and are very professional and personable. They are a boutique agency and are easily contactable for any queries. Our transaction was slightly complex and prolonged due to the property itself, however the team were proactive throughout such a daunting process and went above and beyond to put us at ease. If you are looking to buy or sell then these are the agents to choose - you won't regret it. We would highly recommend the team and particularly, Leah!

We bought a house through Daniel Thomas and Anderson Rose. The service was excellent throughout and every step of the way Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. Buying a house is a stressful process but Daniel kept the process moving and provided help and guidance throughout. He even helped us with solutions for WIFI. I would thoroughly recommend using Daniel and Anderson Rose.

My husband and I relocated to London for work and knew little to nothing about the local housing market. After visiting 15+ flats, we reached out to Anderson Rose about a property and met Scott Joseph, who single-handedly found us a flat that we love in one morning. After visiting the flat and deciding to put in an offer, Scott helped us navigate all of the steps that followed (verifications, contract negotiations, deposits, move-in dates, repairs, etc.); he was patient and so communicative throughout the process. We really felt like we had an advocate, who had our best interest in mind, which meant a lot as foreigners trying to find a home in a new city. We’d absolutely recommend that anyone looking for a property, reach out to Scott, he will go above and beyond for you. Thank you so much, Scott! We don’t know where we’d be (quite literally) without you.

Having owned an apartment in Shad Thames for over 20 years, living there for most of the time but also renting out for long periods, I have had varying experiences with the agents in the area. Jon at Anderson Rose has worked as an agent in Shad Thames, throughout that 20 year period and was the only agent i considered, when it came to selling my property. His knowledge of the property market in Shad Thames is second to none and i would thoroughly recommend, at least having a chat with him, if you are thinking about buying, selling or renting a property.

I found a place I liked on RightMove and sent a query to Anderson Rose. Scott Joseph replied immediately (unlike other agencies...), he quickly arranged a viewing, and I put in an offer right away. Over the following weeks of navigating the purchase procedures, Scott was always proactively prodding me, the seller, the lawyers and the landlord to get things done. Everything went extremely smoothly from my point of view (except for the landlord agency being a bit lazy). I am really glad that all worked so well, and I am probably lucky to have found Scott.

My partner and I have been renting with Anderson Rose as agents/property managers for the past two years. They provided an exceptional standard of service, professional, thorough and approachable. Our property manager was Angeliki, who was great, very friendly and responsive. Really recommend renting with them if you can!

Absolutely a delight to work with. Very professional and there appears to be a genuine interest in helping the tenant secure something that they would like as well as a good tenant for the landlord. Daniel was my agent and both he and his team were phenomenal. If I need another flat in the future, I expect I will be calling them up!

Having worked with a series of estate agents throughout the Shad Thames area without a doubt, Leah and the Anderson Rose team were the superior estate agents by far. As a first-time buyer, I was guided throughout the whole process with the utmost professionalism and care at every stage. I cannot recommend Leah and Anderson Rose enough.

Anderson Rose - specifically Leah - was the agent for renting my flat in Shad Thames. It was such a pleasure dealing with Leah and the broader team led by Jon at Anderson Rose. They are personable, friendly, always accessible and very knowledgeable about all aspects of renting and tenancy. Leah is very much customer focused and willing to help and support and quick to respond - just a lovely person. I would highly recommend Anderson Rose - and Leah in particular - she understood what I was looking for and found exactly the right place for me!

We have used Jon at Anderson Rose to buy two properties and sell the first one. The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent and at no time did I ever feel under any pressure to make decisions in a hurry or without full information. Legal niceties can snarl up the buying and selling process but Jon was able to intervene on our behalf and help with solicitors queries. No details were too trivial for his attention. If only the rest of life could be made so straightforward. Thanks

Had a really excellent experience buying my first property through Anderson Rose. I worked with Scott who was attentive throughout, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and didn't try to offer me things I wasn't interested in, or properties he was just trying to get off the market. Listened to my needs, and worked very hard to find the best property for me. Couldn't recommend going through Anderson Rose enough, with a great selection of properties to choose from, and a great personable service that made me feel very comfortable and never under any pressure to make decisions I didn't want to.
