GoogleI had a tough time trying to find the perfect apartment and then I met Leah Peak at Anderson Rose in Shad Thames who suddenly made it all seem easy.. It’s odd working with an estate agent when you’re the buyer and they’re not actually working for you, but Leah always made me feel like she was. From the start she was kind, super helpful, easy to deal with, reassuring and jumped to answer questions the minute I asked, even agreeing to meet me for a second viewing on her day off. I can’t say enough about how easy she has made the whole process of finding and buying the perfect place. Superstar. 😊

GoogleHighly recommend Anderson Rose Estate Agents. We were off books as a 'discreet' sale and they seamlessly matched us with one ideal buyer. It was over the line with a minimum of stress in a matter of weeks and close to the asking price. Leah Peek was a delight to deal with, professional, intelligent and efficient, at all times. Peeky played a blinder!! Prior to this we had two abortive sales, one with Anderson Rose and one with a competitor. I understand buyers thought they held all the aces in 2022 and 2023 so they tried it on but that's not the Agents fault. Anderson Rose tried everything to rescue the sale, whereas the others just shrugged their shoulders and hid behind their phones. Jon Byers runs a tight ship, and as well as everyone in the office seeming happy to be there. He's uniquely well informed about the local area and active in the community to improve the whole of Shad Thames for everyone who lives here. This is how to run a successful Estate Agency.

I've used them consistently over the last many years, both for property rentals and sales, and they've always provided me with a 5-star, gold-plated service. Their advice and guidance has always been wise and candid, and whomever I've dealt with from the agency (including the owner, Jon, who's an absolute star!) they've always had my best interest at heart, earned my trust, and delivered. Moreover, I had the pleasure of having Anderson Rose - specifically Angeliki - manage my rental property for a couple of years. I received a truly first-class service from her and I genuinely couldn't have asked for more - always responsive, always reliable, always with good advice and judgement, and always quick to take action. Anyone looking to sell or rent out their property in the Tower Bridge / Shad Thames area would do well to ring up Anderson Rose!

I've seen them grow and yet retain that friendly and individualised service and communications. They started off managing a flat for me in Tower Hill, and were then incredibly helpful when I wanted to sell. I appreciated Jon's honest advice and expertise, and they did a great job at getting my flat in front of the right buyers. During the sales process, their team were on hand to help with any documentation or questions I needed answering, and I really felt supported, right until completion. Now I'm hoping they can find me my ideal family home! 😊

I cannot recommend them enough, Angeliki went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure we had what we needed when we needed it.
