GoogleBe wary, not very easy to deak with . Quite evasive and really look for ways to penalise you or be unreasonable. Very unhelpful on the phone once they"ve been paid or your in the hoise. My property had a sewage pipe that dumpded in the back garden for the whole of my tenancy, the house was full of furniture that the landlord wanted to keep and me to look after, ridiculous company. They come across well to be begin with but trust me DO NOT risk it, its just not worth it when there's plenty of decently managed estate agents around.
