I was 2 minutes around the corner from the viewing for a rental property and they’ve cancelled because “someone ticked all of the boxes” the woman was condescending on the phone calling myself “pet lamb” as if I was an idiot. me and my partner rescheduled our days as young professionals, myself who owns her own business and lost out on £250 income today due to this company. I will never use again and I do not recommend to anyone
