GoogleRented a property for 5 years, kept the property in very good condition. They did not help at all when myself & young child experienced a mice infestation. This went on for a year, I spent £100's on pest control to no avail. Ruined my mental health & I ended up terminating my tenancy, they then threatened me with court action. The mice were still active when I left & they just re-let the property & increased the rent. Feel sorry for the new tenants as both Andersons & Clive Poole (landlord) knowingly let the property to them with an active infestation. UPDATE: The below response is just for show, Andersons did not reply and quite clearly do not care at all & will continue to rent out property a mice infestation. 🤨

GoogleIve been working with Sophie and the team now for the last two months help managing our clients portfolio with his rental properties from refurbishment to ongoing maintenance. The service has been incredible, always on hand very efficient dealing with issues as they arise and always having solutions in order to move forward for both sides of the business.
