GoogleAbsolutely useless.I had a viewing and I made my offer ,the guy said he would definitely let me know days after I called him no answer I messaged him no reply.then I called the office the property has been let !

Always professional, excellent communications from all the staff especially Laura. The team all work hard to find the right tenants for our properties and they provide a brilliant service. GoogleANDERSON PROPERTY HAVE STARTED A NEW FORM OF SCAM COLLECTING HOLDING FEE FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE AND TOLD THE THERE REFERENCING WAS FAIL. WITHOUT NO REASON AND THEY'LL TELL YOU THEY CAN REFUND THE PAYMENT

GoogleAndersons offer something different than I have found with other letting agents. They actually listen, give advice and support you when you need it. They work with you so its a win win for you and your tenants. They are a great team, professional and follow up as and when agreed. If you are looking to let out a property and would like to work with people who actually care about doing a good job, then Andersons are your people.

GoogleI've been looking for a place to rent for a long time now ! And not had any joy either the estate agents don't get back to me or I've got a viewing and they've not turned up ... Then I got a place through andersons in Sutton coldfield meghan duckett was the lady who I was dealing with , Not only did she do an amazing job getting me the place i wanted .she was very helpful with paperwork i had trouble with ...100% Thanks very much to a caring helpful lovely lady 😀

GoogleI was extremely pleased with how above and beyond the team went to market my property (picking up the keys from another letting agent and marketing the property within the same day on request of me asking to market the house) and then how quickly viewings were held on the following day from property put up on the market and offers put forward by tenants on that same day. I was even pleased with the rental rate i received from the calibre of tenants put forward. Love how bubbly all team members are in Andersons and helpful. I hope your business continues to blossom and will definately be recommending your business and repeat business with you all in the future. Take care! MWAH !
