GoogleIf I could put 0 stars I would, tried to keep my holding deposit from THEIR fault yet told me it was mine, they finally coughed up the refund after 4 weeks yet the money still wasn’t refunded to me in the time frame it was meant to be. Absolutely terrible!!!

GoogleAndersons are really a very good letting agent who helped me to find my first renting home in UK. There are two people Kelly and Ana Lemos they helped me at the beginning and end of tenancy to get everything sorted out easily

GoogleAna Lemos handled the deposit reclaim process at the end of my tenancy and I must say she was so helpful and kind. She handled our case with empathy despite experiencing difficulties with our landlord and helped us to get the undisputed amount of our deposit released. She also assisted us with all we needed to raise the dispute on the remaining amount. Thank you again Ana.
