Do not trust any thing provided within a home report provided by this firm when purchasing a property. The report was inaccurate in its entirety. There are far too many critical errors in the report to detail on this review. The report is not worth the paper it is written on. They have cost us thousands. If you see a fault when viewing - walk away. Do not trust a thing this company say. If a qualified surveyor cannot distinguish between catastrophic faults and minor faults, then clearly their documentation is worthless. Do not bother appealing to them. There is no point. Go straight to Court.

I was really impressed by the efficiency of the process. I needed a quick turnaround and Arran Leask picked up the request and the survey was done and returned in 2 days! Arran assisted by Marta then made an amendment with no fuss. I’d definitely recommend the company and the individuals named.

I cannot recommend Allied Surveyors highly enough. The home report was arranged and completed within 3 working days, the report was produced and approved within a further 2 days. The Surveyor was incredibly punctual, extremely professional and very friendly. The whole experience was positive and all questions met with knowledge and understanding. I am looking to have another home report completed in the Spring of 2026 and I will not look passed Allied Surveyors in Inverness. Excellent 5+ stars!

We have used the services of Iain Mercer and Bernadetta Majewska at Allied for a number of years both for renting and selling of commercial properties and have had excellent advice in both regards. Where do I start with the Glasgow south branch particularly Gary his home report skills are dreadful scoring 1s for dampness when basically he couldn't be bothered looking at back of a kitchen cupboard and admitting that this is known issues in houses like this also he didn't have decency to call back and sent a generic email absolutely appalling from this company and this man in particular avoid at all cost this Glasgow south branch

Greg came out quickly and accommodated my schedule , was friendly and personable as I needed to sell an estate house. He explained the whole process and kept me informed throughout the survey and after as to next steps. Report was drafted within the day. He was honest and professional and I was happy with survey results and wording of the report . He has a good working relationship with my estate agent ( Kelly's ) I would use Greg and Allied again. From start to finish I was impressed by the organisation apparent in the Perth office. The survey date was quickly arranged and the surveyor, Mr Mark Hall, arrived exactly on time. He listened attentively to further information I provided and overall his work during the survey was thorough and detailed and his manner was professional and friendly. The Home Report was delivered a few days later and approved through OneSurvey.org. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommend them to others.
