GoogleVery disappointing experience with this letting agency.
We were trying to rent a property at 8 Ivybridge Close and paid a holding deposit. We did not cancel or withdraw from the tenancy. We were still interested in the property and were ready and willing to proceed.
My husband and I contacted the agency through WhatsApp and confirmed that we were happy to provide any further documents or information they required. We also asked them to let us know if anything else was needed, but we did not receive a proper response.
We were then told that the tenancy had been cancelled and that we had withdrawn. This is not what happened, and we strongly disagree with this explanation.
We have asked the agency to provide evidence that we withdrew from the tenancy and to explain clearly why the tenancy was cancelled. We also requested the return of our holding deposit.
Our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We felt that our communication was not handled properly, and we were left without a clear explanation about what had happened to our tenancy and deposit.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency. We believe prospective tenants should receive clear communication and fair treatment throughout the letting process.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through the All & Miller Hayes branch, and although it turned into a much longer and more difficult journey than expected, the team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, our sale was delayed by around a year, with a few deals falling through along the way, which made the whole experience extremely stressful and frustrating. However, the team remained professional, patient and supportive throughout.
A special mention has to go to Umar, who genuinely went the extra mile to keep our buyers on board and helped keep the process moving whenever things became difficult. His communication, persistence and dedication made a real difference, and we really appreciated the effort he put in.
Despite all the setbacks, the team helped us get the sale over the line and made what was a painful journey as smooth as possible. We’re very grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend the All & Miller Hayes team to anyone looking to sell their property.
