GoogleWe were finding the prospect of selling our home a little daunting but Charlie Miller at Allday Miller talked us through the process in detail and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once our house was under offer Sofie our move manager was outstanding with communication with us and our solicitors. We found all of the staff were very responsive, friendly & professional. They made the whole process stress free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allday Miller.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Sam May at the Thornton Heath branch - we’ve had some unfortunate hurdles selling our flat and Sam has been there throughout all the ups and downs. We really appreciated his communication, transparency and work ethic in getting our sale over the line particularly, close to exchange and completion. Thank you so much Sam, you have made our year with a great start to 2026! We look forward to finding our new home now :)

Very , professional, classy and family orientated.. valuation was on point and what I was told I will receive is what I got. Fantastic!!!. I was able to sell and buy with minimum hassle. GoogleAs first-time buyers, we expected professionalism and clear communication. Instead, dealing with Sophie made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. Every time we contacted her for updates, we were met with hostility and a condescending attitude with constant interruptions. Her behaviour was confrontational to the point that I eventually had to ask my aunt to call on my behalf because it became unbearable. There was an instance where my aunt spoke to another agent, they told her that they didn’t understand why Sophie behaved that way which shows her own colleagues could recognise her conduct. We were often told Sophie was “busy” or “on leave,” yet when she did answer, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Simple update requests turned into unpleasant conversations, and every call felt like a waste of time. I regret not asking for a different agent sooner. When we finally reached out to Jake, the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he became defensive. This is what’s most confusing, if Sophie’s own colleague could see the problem immediately, why couldn’t the manager? It raises serious concerns about how behaviour and complaints are handled within this agency. The other agents we encountered were polite and professional. So if you do decide to work with this agency, ask for someone other than Sophie to avoid the experience we went through. Based on our experience, under no circumstances would I work with this agency again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not worth the hassle.

Jake and Sophie were always available to answer my questions, kept me updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was their knowledge of what to do when things were not moving in my favour, their ability to provide honest, helpful advice made all the set back stress just go away. They handled every detail with care, from the initial valuation to the final completion, and made me feel confident and supported throughout. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is trustworthy, proactive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for you, I can’t recommend them highly enough. A fantastic experience all around! Thank you, Jordan, Moises, Mo, but a big thanks to Jake and Sophie for your exceptional customer service that got us our new home.
