GoogleAn unwelcome addition to the Manor. We purchased a property through Allday and Miller. It’s estate agents like this that give the rest of them a bad reputation. We dealt with Jordan in particular and the way he has conducted himself, at times was not commencirate with what you would expect from a ‘professional’. There was another buyer in the background which he constantly used as a threat, should we not move at the pace he wanted. He said that this particular buyer was calling him ‘every day’ and that he could ‘show me the messages’, even though our offer was accepted and we were progressing, very professional. When we needed more time between exchange and completion, he said that the other buyer was still enquiring about our position (5 months later) and that he would advise his client to consider their cash offer. We had been progressing for 6 months and just because we needed an extra two weeks, to move our whole house and two little children, they started playing that game. I don’t take threats lightly hence this review. Buying a house is stressful enough and dealing with these guys made it far worse. Don’t sell your house with them, their behaviour will put off potential buyers. Plenty better firms. If they are being pressed by their client, there are better ways to handle yourselves.

GoogleWe had a complicated move, with a large chain and many moving parts. Allday Miller were excellent right from the outset. Found them to be professional, courteous, very honest. Went the extra mile to get our property purchase over the line. Ellie and Sophie were instrumental in both our selling and purchase of our property, many thanks! Highly recommended.

GoogleWe were originally with another estate agent who overpromised and underdelivered, so moving to this team was a breath of fresh air. From the start, Sam was our first point of contact, super nice, courteous, honest, and polite. He made everything feel easy and straightforward. Jaden was our main contact throughout the sale, and he was absolutely brilliant. His communication was outstanding, he worked tirelessly to bring in genuine buyers, and he always handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our buyer was quite demanding, but Jaden dealt with it all calmly and took the stress off our shoulders. Louis also played a valuable part, offering great support and input to the team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, a genuinely hardworking, polite, and professional team who made selling our home so much smoother. Highly recommend!

GoogleA first class service from Allday & Miller Hayes. They came recommended (highly) to me from another company and I too can only recommend them highly. In my dealings with Conor McGee, I found him incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional. His reporting and advice is thoughtful and considered; I appreciated the comprehensiveness (which included evidence and samples). I loved the transparency of our discussions - being able to lay out my objectives and what I wanted to achieve - and Conor applying his expertise and putting together a strategy to (realistically) get me near to that. As a Landlord, finding an Agent with the skills-set that you can have confidence in, I think can be a hard find. I am very glad (and relieved) to have had such a good recommendation and to have met Conor McGee. For me, definitely a repeat business.

GoogleAllday & Miller assisted my partner and I with our first property purchase. Thanks to Moises who recommended the property which we ended up buying. Our process was so smooth, we viewed properties in three days and we gave an offer and got it accepted almost instantly. The estate agents were really responsive and quick with assisting us with any queries. They also manage our viewings before completion and liaise with our sellers.

GoogleI can’t recommend Allday & Miller highly enough - Thank you Jake, Sophie, Safa, Moises and the complete team We used Allday & Miller (Hayes branch) for both selling our home and buying our new one, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. We initially spoke to a few agents regarding our sale, but Jake stood out immediately because of his great customer service, personal touch, and clear way of explaining everything. He won our business straight away (and delivered on every promise, and more, with no drop in service at any point). Jake was always available and kept us fully updated, even in the evenings and out of hours. Jake was always flexible and adaptable around our busy schedules, especially with viewings, meetings etc. Sophie was also incredibly polite, organised and brilliant with managing the moves (sale & purchase), with excellent communication, particularly with the solicitors. Together, they were proactive, efficient, and fantastic at keeping everything moving. When a challenge came up with our purchase, both Jake and Sophie dealt with it quickly and professionally, and managed to turn it around without any delays. They made the whole process feel stress-free and we felt supported throughout. A huge thank you to Jake, Sophie and the full team for such an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allday & Miller to anyone.
