GoogleCharlie from Allday & Miller dealt with both our sale as well as found us our perfect new home. The house had offers without putting the For Sale placard up (important for us). Selling the house during COVID meant we did knot want lots of people walking through the house every other day - we had 2 weekends of viewing before getting an offer we accepted - yes it was super quick 👍🏽 From accepting the offer through to finding a home for us, right through exchange and completion Charlie was always reachable and kept the communication flowing (not too much) Very personable and highly recommend! GoogleLuke Allday and Charlie Miller were the perfect estate agents when I bought my home this year. I approached them because I saw a listing of a property I liked. It was beautifully presented, but it wasn't right for me. I expressed my concerns to Luke and he took my words on perfectly. He didn't try to persuade me to make an offer on the property because he knew it wasn't right for me. A few weeks later he contacted me about a property which addressed all of my concerns (and I had a lot!). It fully matched my budget and the property was exquisite. Luke and Charlie worked as a team to find my perfect home. They made sure I was the first one to see the property, I even got a viewing before it officially went on the market because they knew I would like it. Buying a property during the pandemic was bound to be stressful, especially as a first-time buyer and with the stress of the stamp-duty holiday. However, Luke and Charlie were always on the ball. Whenever there were problems within the chain (and there were a lot), Luke was always the first to let me know before my own solicitors, and he would have a plan to get it sorted. The whole transaction of the property was delayed due to these problems (and the pandemic), however Luke and Charlie easily sped up the process by multiple months. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic estate agents that I would highly recommend” They are very helpful and go out of their way to make the selling process as easy as possible.I had no problem what so ever with leaving the agents the keys to my home to show buyers around when I wasn’t able to be home I found them to be very professional and totally trustworthy. The owner Luke is a absolute gentleman and keeps you well informed with everything that is going on regarding views and interest with potential buyers.
