GoogleWe recently used the services of the team especially Shane to find a property. They were professional at all times and helpful. The had a lot to deal with based on our requests and did not disappoint. The time and effort they put in was second to none and went beyond expectations. GoogleI had a very great experience working with Jordan, Amy and team at Allday and Miller Uxbridge when renting out my property. The property was successfully let within just a few weeks of being advertised. Jordan provided regular updates and feedback following viewings. His knowledge of the local market and what was required to attract the right tenant was particularly helpful. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, while ensuring everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I really appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to getting the property rented quickly with a suitable tenant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Allday and Miller Uxbridge to any landlord looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy letting agent.

GoogleIf you are thinking of selling your property in the Hillingdon area, particularly Uxbridge, Hayes and Ruislip where their offices are - look no further than Allday & Miller. Luke Allday & his team could not have been more helpful for us during what was for many reasons a challenging sale process for our property. In an everchanging market, the whole team was very much on the ball where it mattered to ensure our sale process was concluded quickly and efficiently - with the help of their recommended solicitors Thomas Legal who provided turnaround responses sometimes within 5 minutes which was outstanding. A huge thanks again to help ensure that we moved into what we hope is our forever home!

As a first-time buyer, the process of purchasing my first home felt quite daunting at times, but they made the whole experience so much easier from start to finish\. All three were incredibly helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process. They kept me updated at every stage, answered all of my questions and were always happy to go the extra mile to help get everything over the line. Their communication and customer service were excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. A huge thank you to Luke, Sophie and Nancy for all their help in getting me into my first home. I’m extremely grateful and would definitely recommend Allday Miller to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleA relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.

Right from the start, everyone was enthusiastic and proactive in showing us different properties across the Hillingdon and Uxbridge area, and following up with homes they thought might be of interest to us.
