GoogleI have had a really smooth experience with Allday and Miller. All the letting team including Jordon, Amy and Scarlett are polite and very professional. They found me a tenant very quickly and I can't thank them enough for making this process feel so easy. I have had a small experience today with Clare who handles the property management and I am feeling the same professionalism from her too. Overall, all wonderful.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the lack of compassion shown by this agency (Amy Mccallum). I’m living with cancer and reached out early to ask for help ending my tenancy to avoid arrears. Instead of understanding, I was told I’d have to pay £200 + VAT just to leave, while struggling with illness and unable to work. Rather than offering support, they preferred to create unnecessary stress. This shows a complete lack of empathy for tenants facing genuine hardship. I served my community during the pandemic with the NHS Rapid Response Team, and this is how my community repays me, with fees, not compassion. No one fighting for their life should have to fight for a bit of humanity.

GoogleI recently sold my house with All day miller Hayes, and have to give a massive shoutout to Jake and Umar. They both have valuable expertise on the Hayes area, and after each viewing would take the time to provide feedback and updates. This was quite key as it kept me engaged throughout the process. It was clear that both Jake and Umar put a lot of effort in selling my house and managed to find a good buyer quite promptly.
