GoogleThe Droitwich branch is very poor. They looked after my property for a while but my Tennant met me through mutual friends, i then discovered there staff (Mandy) had been very unfair. I won't be using them again.

GoogleLetting agents from Allan Morris are now experts in appropriate face covering wear style and will not hesitate to kick you out without even asking for your reasons. Rude comments and argument escalation are their professional traits. Waste of time.

GoogleDid not enjoy my purchase of property using this estate agent. Difficult to get hold of, uninterested and discourteous and made the buying process more stressful to the point I nearly pulled out of purchase. In complete contrast to the estate agent I used who made sure the relationship between me and my buyers was a good one. Would not recommend.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Googlethis is the second time I have used Allan Morris estate agents. On each occasion I have found them to be very approachable and knowledgeable about the market. I have sometimes found agents hike their valuation to unrealistic levels in order to get the business, only to later have to reduce the asking price when it does not attract viewings. However, Allan Morris get their valuations spot-on and have been very effective at getting viewings. On each occasion I’ve used them they were able to get buyers who were ready to proceed and I quickly got offers around the asking price. In fact on this occasion the sale was agreed on the very first day! I very much appreciated the calls from Paul (Director) to introduce his company and on completion to make sure everything is ok. Throughout the sale Carole B kept all parties up to date and has been very proactive. In fact she deserves a medal for remaining so calm when I locked the keys inside the house on moving day! Carole was unflustered and quickly sorted out a locksmith whilst I was driving on the motorway. Thank you all!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
