The directors and staff are very helpful with general advice, they are friendly and extremely ethical. They were both so supportive and on the end of the phone whenever we needed them. The professionalism and real local knowledge at the valuation provided a much more accurate understanding of the market than other agents we saw. Then the huge amount of work that Helen and Beth put into supporting the conveyancing process was second to none. They ensured that we were aware of everything that was happening behind the scenes and when and who we needed to talk to to keep the process moving as quickly as it could. On the sales side they kept us informed by providing viewing feedback immediately and once we had secured a purchaser, their sales progression team worked hard to keep the sale on track and again, kept us informed at every step. GoogleThe whole selling experience of our property in Ombersley was first class, right from the initial consultation and valuation through to completion of the sale. At the outset several selling options were suggested from which we chose the one most suitable to our requirements. 2 open inspection days were organized and we were kept informed of all bookings that had be arranged. Offers were received from which we chose the on most suitable. This was then progressed through to the final completion last week. We were kept informed at regular intervals as to the progress being made. All staff were very friendly and approachable. We would certainly recommend Alan Morris Estate Agents to any one wishing to sell a property and will definitely use them again in the future. A very big thank you to Paul Jones and his staff.

From start to finish Allan Morris Worcester gave me help and advise on what was a very difficult time for me selling my parents property. Very professional through out, accurate in there price on the valuation and advise following on, Kept me informed on every aspect of the sale and if I wasn't sure of something they would help me. I would defiantly recommend them and If I ever have a need too I would certainly use them again.
