Agent & Homes marketed our property after another agent had been marketing it. The previous agent seemed to do no marketing and relied on their brand name and Rightmove and location of its offices. Rav on the other hand was brilliant after sitting down with us and he was honest about the market and went out of his way to do the best for us. He did not bring buyers round unless he had vetoed them beforehand. He not only marketed it locally but also on numerous websites and sold it to a buyer from Central London after being told by our former agent it would only be a local buyer who would purchase the house. We were impressed that he knew everything about the area and he kept us up to date on the process throughout. My only regret was we should have found Rav earlier and taken him on as our Sole agent With his many years as an agent he also personally shows people around not handing over to a junior member of the team Well done Rav and thank you for all your support.

If you're in search for a bespoke, unique, friendly, proactive and very hands on agent, this is your place. Ed and his team was very proactive and hands on during the entire process which was rather short. Ed sure know's his game and the environment. Ed has good contacts should you need any support with (from cleaning/handy person/insurance etc). I would recommend you reaching out to Ed and his team, you maybe surprised......(the boring stuff now)...The reason I went ahead with Ed was that I wanted to avoid the high street style of letting agents as they do not offer this type of customer contact/engagement - they are simply focused on transactions and will potentially charge you a nice premium for most activities unless its in the 'lengthy' fine print/contract.

Will Colin really went above and beyond to sell our place in Battersea. We were unlucky to have 2 buyers pull out as we were waiting for a probate. Will then did his own research and found out that we could appoint a trustee for the probate. This is would allow a buyer to buy our house and speed up the sale. Something our solicitor didn't even think of at the time... Apart from that when the earlier buyers pulled out he immediately contacted his previous leads and got them in for a viewing. In so doing we managed to keep the chain in tact and buy the place we wanted. This was all during Covid so as you can imagine it was tricky and not ideal circumstances. Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me ! I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated.
