I had a fantastic experience working with Rav and Agent & Homes. I moved to London from abroad, and so was unfamiliar with the whole process of renting in the UK. Rav was so helpful, patiently explaining to me all the steps and facilitating the process smoothly. Since moving in, Rav has been extremely responsive and reliable with all my questions about the flat. He is very professional, and a pleasure to work with!

GoogleWill Colin really went above and beyond to sell our place in Battersea. We were unlucky to have 2 buyers pull out as we were waiting for a probate. Will then did his own research and found out that we could appoint a trustee for the probate. This is would allow a buyer to buy our house and speed up the sale. Something our solicitor didn't even think of at the time... Apart from that when the earlier buyers pulled out he immediately contacted his previous leads and got them in for a viewing. In so doing we managed to keep the chain in tact and buy the place we wanted. This was all during Covid so as you can imagine it was tricky and not ideal circumstances. I had a pleasant experience working with Agents and Homes and Rav in particular. I was very impressed with Rav’s attitude, he is very polite and looks like a person you can trust and rely on. Rav made the stressful process of finding a new apartment really smooth and pleasant. Rav manages the property where my husband and I live now, and we speak almost every week and I’m very glad that Rav is our agent. I highly recommend working with Rav.

He took the time to ask the right questions that enabled him to find me the perfect flat, which I know for a fact I would not have found on my own. GoogleCalled on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me ! I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated. Thank you for calling to rectify this issue Then today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI bought my current flat from Edward Crowther from Agent & Homes, he now fully manages it for the Airbnb stays and short lets, and I highly recommend their service. He's been incredibly helpful coordinating all the transition of ownership (deliveries for furniture change, painting, new photos for Airbnb, etc) and super effective in securing rapidly Airbnb guests for the flat.
