View AgentsI would recommend them without hesitation
ABC have taken a proactive approach to dealing with the Management of our block since they took over in 2017. The time taken no matter the issue has resulted in a much more improved living situation for all of us within the block which we are all grateful for. I would recommend them without hesitation and hope to continue our working relationship well into the future.

We rented a house in Stanmore from Bradley at ABC, straight forward process which they made so easy. Far better than any agent I have used previously.

View AgentsA breath of fresh air!
ABC Estates has been a breath of fresh air since they replaced our previous block managing agents in early 2018. Richard is a total professional, he is pro-active and deals with everything quickly. His experience in the industry is second to none!

GoogleVery fraudulent company who do not return deposits. They make up false cleaning/decorating invoices to make sure you do not get a penny back. I would strongly suggest you do not deal with these agents as they are highly experienced fraudsters and any tenancy you enter will end very badly.

View AgentsBest thing we did in 2018
We recently moved from a big corporate firm to ABC, and you cannot compare the difference! It's the best thing we did in 2018 and should have done it sooner. Wishing all the team at ABC a happy New Year, and look forward to working with you in 2019.

View AgentsDefinitely money well spent
Having been with the same block management company for ten years, standards of service had dropped to an appalling level. We heard the ABC advert on the radio and having met with Mr Davidoff were impressed with his passion for property. We have now been with ABC for six months and you can’t compare. We are really happy that we made the move and whilst they are marginally more expensive for their management charges it is definitely money well spent.

View AgentsSuperb job
ABC conducted a section 20 consultation for the refurbishment of our lifts. This was a technically challenging job and had a cost of six figures. We must compliment the block management team for doing a superb job and keeping cost within check and delivering good value for money.
