The estate agent was very nice and knew the property well. The house was absolutely immaculate. However, we thought that due to the location of the house, this will generate a considerable amount of noise nuisance coming from the road. We did not like the garden as it was overlooked by the surrounded neighbours and had no privacy at all. Therefore, we will not make an offer on this property. I hope you find this review helpful. After sales fantasticIlene in after sales has been brilliant through the hole process. Ilene helped chase solicitors and advise us on developments or things we needed to do. A true asset.Unfortunately the sales ID check wasn’t quite as good. We found the gent rude, arrogant and condescending. We had two ID checks booked in over the phone via WhatsApp at different times. Neither of us had a call which we stayed in and waited for. When we called the office, the gent had called and suggested we were lying! If I hadn’t liked the house so much I’d have gone elsewhere.
