GoogleI would like to say a massive thank you to Carly & Elysia from the Stourbridge branch of ap Morgan, I don’t know what i would have done without your support. Carly took responsibility of all house viewings, she was fantastic with such a kind & bubbly personality i knew I could trust her to sell my house. I received several offers above my asking price in just one day of viewing, I couldn’t have been happier & house sold thanks to a fab sales rep! Elysia is the one that I really can’t thank enough! When solicitors were slow to respond Elysia from the after sales team was on the ball & gave me progress information before my solicitor did! Elysia’s communication was above & beyond & without her prompt after after sales support I think I would have had a breakdown myself. She never left me waiting for any enquiries & for that I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend the branch purely for the sales & after sales service I received from Carly & Elysia!

From the first communication to the last, I was impressed with their approach and responsiveness, even in the pandemic(which was manic) times. A P Morgan have an extremely slick operation and are ahead of their game with their customer service. Ilene, who looks after the after sales service, is extremely efficient and on top of her game. She provided regularly updates and chased the solicitors to ensure the sale & purchase were seamless. I really can’t recommend AP Morgan highly enough.

It was an absolute pleasure to do a viewing with Corinne. She was already there when I arrived and helped me park safely. She answered all my questions and the broucher about the house was great especially as everything is so digital these days. Was great looking around the house with her and she was open and honest about everything.
