Mark was our tour guide, immediately treated us with a friendly presence, welcomed us and really took the time and effort to show us around and speak to us. Mark is a very nice person and we didn’t feel at any point our answers weren’t answered or even rushed us at all. Only if all advisors were just like Mark thank you for meeting us.

Jessica Poulton was very helpful and communicative throughout the lettings process which was fast and simple. No delays in answering questions and giving relevant information.4/5 stars only due to a hiccup with the Goodlord referencing process which required a 1hr drive to the Redditch office to spend 2 minutes scanning my documents in person and then a 1hr drive back. Wasn't very pleased by this and ultimately felt it was a very unnecessary fuel & time expense.

The agent was on time He was smartly dressed and welcomed us to the propertyHe was friendly and polite and provided detailed information about the property. I am allergic to cats so it was good to receive a warning (before entering) that there was a large number inside. The only area for improvement was more context about the location e.g. that the property was located in a conservation area.
