GoogleI had a very frustrating experience with this letting agency. After paying a holding deposit for a property, the landlord decided to withdraw and put the property back on the market. I was informed that my holding deposit would be refunded, but despite being told this, I had to wait nearly a month to receive my refund.
I initially requested the refund on July 19th and finally received it on August 13th, but only after sending multiple follow-up emails. Adding to the frustration, they initially tried to mislead me by suggesting that I wasn't entitled to a refund, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and unreliable. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as my experience was far from satisfactory.
