Hamish was very friendly and informative.However, on entry to the property we did wonder if we had the correct property.The details stated 'a beautifully presented property' but was quite clear there was still a lot of work to be done.The brochure showed pictures of all rooms being completed which were not and both this and blurb were we thought misleadingIf we has known this we would not have viewed the property.

We had a really positive and great experience viewing a house today. Not only was the house ever so lovely but what really topped it off for us was Ilene - she was just so welcoming and had the most approachable, friendly smile waiting for us at the door! She then gave us a brilliant tour with lots of important facts and notes about the house, storage etc and then also gave us perfect time to look round for ourselves. We did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. Ilene was a credit to have met today and to have supported us with the viewing - she made the experience that extra bit special!
