Very quick, efficient & informative.

I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Kelly valued the house with spot on advise. Leon came and took professional standard photos on a Bank holiday Monday, with no extra charges and Adele and Kelly got the sale through, with Adele constantly chasing all parties when necessary and keeping us all happy. I would not hesitate to recommend. The offer stage was also handled really well and from start to actually moving only took around 2 months.

Matt has been a massive help with me and my partner with moving in to our new rented property. He has answered any questions that i had to ask very quickly and to a very hi standard. I am very pleased and would recommend him to friends and family in the future.

Excellent service from Kelly!

Kelly was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. From start to finish the service was exceptional. The sale was very quick; less than 2 months from putting the property on the market through to completion. I've bought and sold quite a few properties in my time and have had at best average service from estate agents but I can safely say that Kelly is the best agent I've used. Highly recommend her. 6 stars if I could!

Very Happy with our dealings

During a very stressful period Lisa was there to keep everything on track and keep us up to date with absolutely everything as it was taking place. Lisa has been very responsive with any queries or inquiries that we have presented her with and has been perfectly professional all the way through. I would highly recommend dealing with Lisa if you are looking to buy or sell any property as i will do in the future. Thank you Lisa Nick

Professional, experienced and very effective Estate Agent Team

I would highly recommend 2-Move Estate Agent in Strood who found us a buyer in less than three weeks. They were sensitive to our needs having suffered a bereavement and made us feel that they offered a very person centred approach which made everything so smooth and efficient. Nothing was too much effort and was very appreciated.

2-Move the agents 2-Use

I had my property on the market for sale with 3 agents, 2-move were the only agents to keep in touch with feedback on viewings and once an offer was accepted 2-move kept me fully informed with the progress of the sale from start to completion. I would highly recommend the Gravesend team especially Leon & Lisa who were especially very helpful.

Excellent customer service

Kelly was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of selling my house. Always returning my phone calls and keeping me up to date with any queries the seller had. I was so impressed with Kelly and the 2Move team that I have all my faith in them to find my next property. Well done 2Move!

Everything you would expect from a 5 star agent!

2- Move got our property on the market within a matter of days and put together an open day at short notice. We had 12 viewings in one day and three offers, one of which was the full asking price. All of which without us being around to assist which made selling hassle free. I was very impressed with the photography and floor plans and thought these showed off our property very well. The team were friendly, approachable, professional, quick acting and did what they promised. I would always recommend these as the best agent in Strood to friends, family and colleagues. Even through to finalising the detail on exchange 2-Move were by our side to help chase solicitors etc. Thank you to the team at 2-Move in Strood!

Excellent service!!

The team at 2Move are fantastic nothing is an issue and I genuinely felt as though I was their priority throughout the sale. My sale was a difficult one due to it being a sale of my Nans property after her death, so certain questions couldn't be answered but Tony and his fab team chased everything and got it all sorted!!! From the initial valuation to the speed of the photos being taken through to the phone call congratulating me on a final exchange excellent service!
