Your review is of concern to us. Although, you give very little detail. We also have no record of a Norm Dekoning. Please provide further details in order that we can look into this matter and implement any necessary changes. Thank you Property Shop

Dear Alfie Hornby. Without any further details it is difficult for us to act on your 1* review. However, the final decision on any rental is always down to the landlord. Our referencing procedures are there to protect all parties, and even though you did attempt to find solutions which another landlord might have found acceptable, the landlord of the property you wanted did not want to proceed. We do of course with you well in the future. Kind regards, Property Shop
