GoogleAbsolutely dreadful. I'm the landlord and they are absolutely clueless. They make up cleaning reports saying everything is fine when I no for a fact they haven't been round to the property. The office staff in Wigan are awful. They do not even no what day it is. I'm surprised they are even aware where they work. I cannot believe this company still have tenants and landlords. Terrible and dumb company.

My main contact, Karen O'Connor, went out of her way to see that everything was dealt with promptly - even answering all my emails on Saturdays and Sundays. GoogleWe made an appointment for them to view our property. Drove 1hr there they didnt turn up or call us. The following day i called them as they didn't have the decency to call and apologise. Said they would call my husband straight away to rearrange two days later they still havent. Bad disorganised company stay away landlords...and tenants if thats the way they treat you.

GoogleAbsolutly hopeless, they take their payments well in advance then proceed to shirk their responsibilities & contract as a letting agents. When asked to do repairs your given poor excuses. Then told that only one person does all their repair work!? This comes across as being very unprofessional. Another hopeless form that takes threatening with legal action before they even bother to do anything.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used Lobster Lettings for a number of years. Their staff have always been extremely efficient and professional. They are always prepared to go the ‘extra mile’ in dealing with both positive issues and not so positive matters. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them in their overall ability to find appropriate tenants and the management of properties.
