GoogleWe sold our first home with Lucy Alan & we would recommend them to everyone! You may think that as a team of 2 they would be hard to contact or rush each viewing. However, I was always able to speak to them on the phone & they responded to e-mails in a swift & professional manner. Every viewing was accompanied by either Lucy or Alan, with the sole focus of ensuring any potential buyer sees the true value in the property you are selling. We had plenty of notice before each viewing & always got feedback shortly after the viewing.

GoogleIf you looking for an estate agent with a personal touch, that deliver on their word and are relentless in overcoming any issues then I can’t recommend Lucy and Alan enough.
Its fair to say we didn’t have the most straight forward home moving experience due to issues in the chain, and it was touch and go for a while. However, despite this, we can honestly say that without their commitment and drive we would never have moved. They guided us through our darkest of days, gave us honest summations of the situation and options, and tirelessly worked to overcome the numerous challenges.
We are now the proud owners of a new house and we cannot thank Lucy and Alan enough.

We had a bit of a problematic chain and they went above and beyond doing the jobs of other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to get everything across the line. Without them I genuinely believe the chain would have collapsed. Thanks Lucy and Alan!
